Delivery Totes

As part of our commitment to reducing waste and minimizing costs, we use reusable totes for certain types of orders. These totes are the property of Easy Snacks and must be returned to us.

If your order is eligible for delivery in a tote, our team will arrange for the pickup of the totes. We will contact you to schedule a convenient time for the pickup. Alternatively, you can transfer the snacks to an alternate container on the same day, and we will collect the totes during the delivery.

It is important to return the totes within 5-7 business days to avoid any additional charges. Failure to return the totes or pay the bill may result in legal consequences. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a sustainable delivery service.

Local Delivery Tote Return Policy 

Orders delivered by our delivery service are subject to terms regarding totes

Orders delivered by our delivery service are subject to terms and conditions regarding the use of totes. Certain types of orders, such as recurring orders, business orders, or large orders, may be delivered in a tote instead of a box. This is done to reduce costs and minimize waste. It is important to note that these totes are the property of Easy Snacks and must be returned.

To facilitate the return process, we will arrange for the pickup of the totes. Our team will contact you to schedule a convenient time for the pickup. Alternatively, if you prefer, you can transfer the snacks to an alternate container on the same day, and we will simply take the totes with us.

Please be aware that if the totes are not returned to us or a pickup is not scheduled within 5-7 business days, you may be billed for the tote(s) as a last resort. Failure to pay the bill or return the totes may result in legal consequences. However, we strive to make the return process easy for you. If the scheduled pickup day does not work for you, please contact us at 866-791-9265 or reach out to us via email or online chat.

It is important to stay updated on our policy changes, as they may occur from time to time. We will notify you of any changes. If you are set to receive an order in a tote, you will receive an email with the updated terms and conditions. It is crucial that you reply and accept the terms and conditions to avoid any delays in receiving your order.

On the day of the scheduled pickup, please place the tote(s) outside in a location that is easily accessible but not likely to be stolen. In the unfortunate event that the totes are stolen, please contact us immediately, we will work with our asset protection and local law enforcement to help retrieve stolen tote

Tote Recovery Plan 

Our delivery personnel will retrieve the totes if the process is executed properly. However, should any issues occur during the collection of the tote, our asset protection team will initiate a secondary collection attempt. In cases where individuals refuse to cooperate, we will not hesitate to involve local law enforcement to assist in the retrieval of the totes. If the totes are classified as stolen, we will pursue legal action. Additionally, if the totes are damaged or cannot be collected, we may consider further legal action amounting From $100 to $250 or more.
